My philsophy
I’m here to provide adaptable, simple, safe and scientifically-backed resources to help your little one sleep sounder.
I believe there is NO one-size fits all approach for “sleep training” — which is a phrase I begrudging use. My goal is to help families establish routines and practices that allow them get their babies & toddlers sleeping through the night, so everyone can enjoy bedtime again.
I support families of “all shapes & sizes.” which is why I offer fully customizable plans & 1:1 coaching. Come as you are - we will figure it out together and make sure your little one is getting the rest they need to grow (and that parents are getting the rest they need to thrive).
